A 2000M mining tailing pipes application from PE UHMW pipe manufacturer ——Dragon UHMWPE
This is an application case of Dragon UHMWPE pipe in China inner Mongolia area, for a Molybdenum mining tailings transport. Total length about 2000m, UHMWPE pipes in size OD273 WT10, connection by steel flanges.
The lowest ambient temperature in winter is -35℃, the highest ambient temperature in Summer is +30℃. Temperature difference among the whole year is 65℃. Some pipeline section is buried under ground, some sections are laying on ground. This picture was taken at Sep. with ambient temperature at 10~20℃, the on-ground sections are showing irregular bending due to effect of ambient temperature changes.
