Selection series of plastic-lined pipe and fittings
HG/T 20538-2016 is a China standard at chemical industrial, for the service at mining and chemical water treatment area.
There are PP-lined pipe, PE-lined pipe, PO-lined pipe, PTFE-lined pipe, UHMW-PE lined pipe.
There are three lining method for the above material plastic, loose lined, tight lined, and rooling lining.
For UHMW-PE lined pipe, as the application of UHMW-PE liner is for high abrasion resistance slurry/sludge transport at mining area, to prevent any thermal linear expansion during installation, tight lined method is required during lining process of UHMW-PE. Through a kind of mechanical compound method, to make the UHMW-PE liner has a tight fit with outer steel pipe.
