Properties of Dragon UHMWPE pipes:

The higher average molecular weight of the material is, the more wear resistane of the UHMWPE pipe is.

According to feedbacks from mining client, Dragon UHMWPE pipes delivered 5 times that of PE100 pipes at wear results.

High impact strength and yield strength:

This makes UHMWPE pipes sturdy for ambient installation conditions, and a super ability to hold pressure at a higher level.

Smooth surface, no scaling and less pumping cost:

UHMWPE pipes have very smooth surface with low friction loss and high flow rate. It helps save maintanance cost of acid cleaning pipes, and less pumping cost.

High corrosion resistance:

For its saturated molecular structure, it has high chemical stability, resistance to all kinds of corrosive medium (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvent. It will offer longer life than other pipelines in acid or corrosive applications.

Anti Low temperature:

Property remains stable at Minus 269 degree C to 85 degrees C.

Environment friendly:

UHMWPE resin is colorless, odorless, non-toxic and low carbon production process. The UHMWPE pipe manufacturing process produces only 15% of the carbon dioxide emissions of that of the equivalent amount of steel pipe without discharge of waste water, exhausted gas and waste residue.
